Know about ISO 29993:2017 Certification

This standard specifies requirements for learning services outside formal education, including all types of lifelong learning (eg vocational training and company, outsourced or in-house training). ). These include all learning services provided by Learning Service Providers (LSPs), which target learners themselves, as well as sponsors who receive services on behalf of learners. The salient features of these types of services are that learning objectives are defined and services are evaluated and involve engagement with the learner. Learning can be face-to-face, mediated by technology or a mixture of both. In cases where the learning service provider is part of an organization that provides products (ie goods and services) in addition to learning services, it applies to learning services.

This standard does not apply to schools, colleges, and universities providing learning services as part of a formal education system, but can be useful as a tool for reflection and self-assessment.
